In order to become a member of Privatejetclub.com you must agree to these by-laws and code of conduct. This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your membership privileges and your use of our website at http://www.privatejetclub.com/
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained within this Membership Agreement and which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a member of Privatejetclub.com
Privatejetclub.com may amend this agreement at any time.
Our services and membership are only available to individuals over the age of twenty-one, and who agree to have Private Jet Club at will may perform back ground and reference check before induction to the Privatejetclub.com Community. All background checks will be performed by third party agencies who offer such services.
Privatejetclub.com is neither a charter operator nor a broker. Privatejetclub.com will not be held liable for any acts of negligence by any charter operator used to transport our members. Flight operations are the responsibility of the individual charter operators or private jet providers. Privatejetclub.com is not qualified to oversee the day to day operations of our charter operators. Privatejetclub.com is not responsible for the behavior of any member or their guests.
Privatejetclub.com has attempted to articulate basic guidelines in this agreement for all members and their travel guests. Members must realize there may be times when traveling members or their travel guests will violate those guidelines. When this happens, Privatejetclub.com will take steps to verify the actions of the member or their travel guests, and if warranted, terminate the membership privilege of the violating member. All traveling members are responsible for the behavior of their travel guests.
Privatejetclub.com retains the right to terminate the membership privilege of any member for any reason including any violation of this agreement, providing false personal information, misuse of the website, or failure to make all necessary payments.
Members are expected to post flight plans where there is a serious intention of traveling. Privatejetclub.com will terminate membership for aggregating travelers, arranging for charter flights, selling empty legs. Privatejetclub.com may, in the future, change annual dues or website access fees to participate, however, you are making no commitment to continue participating and paying any annual dues or website access fee.
Privatejetclub.com (PJC) is private online community designed to let private travelers share the cost of jet travel by allowing such individuals the ability communicate their travel plans in our private network. Privatejetclub.com is a wholly owned and operated service by Private Jet Ventures, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Membership to our private community requires verification, once verified you may exercise your privilege and join our private community. Note all membership dues must be submitted prior to communicating with other members. Privatejetclub.com is not liable for ANY damages caused to or by members as a result of our intended services.
Trip planning and travelers policy:
PrivateJetClub intends to introduce people for the purpose of traveling together. Any misuse of this purpose will constitute a violation of this agreement and membership will be canceled.
Cost Calculation:
The total cost of any trip will be determined between the members. It is 100% the members responsibility to ensure their arrangement complies with all FAA regulations. Private Jet Club will not be liable for any arrangements not in compliance.
Trip Payments:
All payments for trips must be handled directly between the traveling members and the provider of the airplane. PJC will not be involved in the trip payment process in ANY WAY.
Conduct:
All travelers are expected to be respectful of other members requests and desires. Private planes are small confined environments. Any inappropriate or unexpected behavior must not occur. Each member is expected to communicate their travel tastes and desires PRIOR to entering a flight arrangement with another member. It is encouraged to verify club membership with the other member by both presenting your Private Jet Club membership cards at time of flight.
Can I renew my membership at the same introductory rate for future annual membership?
Yes. If you reserved your membership at the introductory rate you may continue to do so for as long as you are a member of the Private Jet Club Community. In the event you fail to submit payment on time or have your membership revoked for service abuse then you will not be able to renew at the introductory rate.
Your privacy is very important to Private Jet Club.
Use of the Private Jet Club website is offered only on the basis of acceptance of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and other notices posted on this website. Your use of this website or of any content presented in any and all areas indicates agreement to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the foregoing, you may not access the website. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these terms of use at any time.
Information Collected By Private Jet Club:
Private Jet Club collects personal information data (such as name, telephone number and e-mail addresses) from our users. This information is help private and only used to verify a members identity for the protection of our other members.

Although our members are certified by the appropriate authorities (i.e., the FAA) this does not imply endorsement of Private Jet Club. Users are not authorized to use this site in any fraudulent manner or copy ANY DATA FROM THE WEBSITE FOR ANY PURPOSES WHATSOEVER.
